Blinder, Robinson & Co. Inc., an Englewood, Colo.,-based over-the-counter stock brokerage firm, recently opened its second California office, this one in Irvine. John B. Morris, 42, was appointed resident manager. Blinder Robinson has 37 offices in 12 states, including one in Palm Springs. Morris said plans call for more offices in California, starting in San Diego and Sacramento in the next few months.
