$1.5 Million Given to Yale

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation donated $1.5 million Monday to Yale University, which will use the gift to create a professorship in art history. The gift honors Paul Mellon as he retires from the Mellon Foundation as a trustee.
