747 Bumps Parked Plane

BOGOTA, Colombia — A Lufthansa Airlines 747 arriving from La Paz landed at the El Dorado Airport on Thursday, and before it stopped, its nose bumped into an empty Avianca passenger plane parked on the tarmac. There were no injuries, but the German jumbo jet required repairs before its afternoon flight to Frankfurt, with a stopover in Puerto Rico.
