Guards Seize Trespasser on White House Grounds

WASHINGTON — A man jumped the White House fence on Pennsylvania Avenue and was arrested and charged with unlawful entry, the Secret Service said.
Mark Gregory Hotchkiss, 29, was quickly taken into custody Friday by uniformed Secret Service guards.
