Forbes Inc., publisher of Forbes magazine, did not disclose financial details but did say the sale includes other assets of American Heritage Publishing Co., including its book division and a smaller magazine, American Heritage Magazine of Inventions and Technology, published three times a year. American Heritage Magazine has a circulation of 150,000.
