Animal Rights Activists’ Bombs Found in Britain

LONDON — Britain’s bomb squad Wednesday blew up four devices that animal rights activists said they planted under the cars of men linked with animal research experiments.
Members of a group calling itself the Animal Rights Militia had telephoned a newspaper to warn that explosives were in the cars of scientists and directors of firms supplying monkeys and other animals for research laboratories.
