Peres to Visit W. Germany

BONN — Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres will visit West Germany Jan. 26-29, a government spokesman said Wednesday. Peres will be the second Israeli leader to visit West Germany. Yitzhak Rabin, presently the defense minister, was in Bonn in 1975 when he was prime minister.
