UCLA is planning to build a 400,000-square-foot ambulatory-care complex, including clinical faculty offices, northwest of the university entrance at Westwood Plaza and Le Conte Avenue in Westwood.
The project will be submitted to the University of California Regents for approval in the spring and construction is scheduled to begin in mid-1986, officials said. The development firm of Held/Jones was chosen from among 20 companies that submitted proposals for the project.
