Guy Gagnon Co. Observes 25 Years in Construction

The Guy Gagnon Construction Co. Inc., builder of scores of apartment, condominium and office buildings and shopping centers in the Long Beach area, has completed its 25th year in business.
The firm maintains its own sales force through operation of a Century 21 office in Lakewood and also has its in-house architectural, construction and customer service departments.
Its recent projects--added to the more than 100 completed and sold--include Cape Cod Village, Hawaiian Gardens; Pacific Shores and Newport Heights, Long Beach; Pepper Tree, Los Alamitos, and Santa Fe Village, Long Beach.
Gagnon, president, and his his partner, Ernest Walsh, vice president, specialist in design and construction management, have seen “the company grow up with Long Beach,” Gagnon said.
