Tyson Goes for Record Against Jameson Friday

NEW YORK — Unbeaten heavyweight Mike Tyson will fight Mike Jameson of San Jose Friday in Atlantic City, N.J.
Veteran Phil Brown, originally scheduled to meet Tyson, withdrew because of an unspecified injury.
Tyson, of Catskill, N.Y., has won all 16 of his professional fights by knockouts. Jameson was listed at 17-9. Tyson, 19, will be seeking to break Rocky Marciano’s record for most knockouts by a heavyweight at the start of as career.
