On Dec. 8 Frank Riley stated that the liner Queen Elizabeth 2 would be at Perth, Australia, for the America’s Cup races. Not true. The QE2 will be out of service (for renovation) at that time. (America’s Cup elimination races to select the challenging boat will take place Oct. 15, 1986 to Jan. 26, 1987; cup races will be Jan. 31, 1987 to Feb. 10.)
