Soviet high jumpers Igor Paklin and Rudolf Povarnitsin have entered The Times/GTE Indoor Games Feb. 21 at the Forum. Paklin is the world record-holder with an outdoor mark of 7-10 3/4; Povarnitsin has the second-best mark.
