Howard Weitzman, a criminal defense attorney who successfully defended auto maker John Z. DeLorean on cocaine-smuggling charges in 1984, has joined the law firm of Wyman, Bautzer, Rothman, Kuchel & Silbert as a partner.
Weitzman’s specialty of white-collar and business crime will bring the firm expertise in a rapidly growing area “affecting increasing numbers of corporations, large and small, and the executives who run them,” said Terry Christiansen, a partner in Wyman, Bautzer.
