Development of 171 Two-Story Town Houses Opens Today

The 171-unit Werbel Homes Diamond Bar development opening today features two-story town houses with 400-500 square foot bonus rooms that can be customized to meet the needs of buyers.
The first phase of the Werbel Homes development includes 62 two- and three-bedroom units in three floor plans with 1,600 to 2,000 square feet, priced from $119,950 to $149,950. Move-ins are scheduled for April and May.
Features include air conditioning, brick fireplaces, formal dining rooms and two-car garages with automatic door openers. Other features are laundry room and breakfast nooks, lofts and bay windows in some plans.
A monthly homeowners association fee of $98 pays for upkeep of common areas, including tennis courts.
Three furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Diamond Bar Boulevard, north of Pathfinder Road, reached from the Pathfinder exit of the Orange (57) Freeway.
