Firm Leases Industry Site

So What of California Inc., designer and manufacturer of women’s sportswear, has leased a new 64,000-square-foot industrial building in the City of Industry for a total consideration of $2.3 million over a 10-year period, with an option to purchase.

The building is part of an $8.5-million, 270,800-square-foot project being developed by Investment Building Group in joint venture with Copley Real Estate Advisors, an affiliate of Boston-based New England Mutual Life Insurance Co.
