Pacific Gas Transmission, San Francisco, elected as directors Richard A. Clarke and Douglas R. Fenton.
Clarke, president of Pacific Gas & Electric, PGT’s parent, will become PG&E;’s chairman and chief executive in May. Fenton is president of Alberta & Southern Gas, PG&E;’s Canadian gas purchasing subsidiary.
