Kings Play Hartford in Fourth Game of Trip

The Kings, having lost two of the first three games in a five-game trip, play the Hartford Whalers tonight at the Hartford (Conn.) Civic Center.

The Kings have a two-point lead over the Vancouver Canucks in the battle for the fourth and final playoff spot in the Smythe Division. There are eight games left for the Kings and nine for the Canucks.
