Spring Canyon Town Homes Opening Today in Simi Valley

Spring Canyon, an Alamo Homes development of 20 two-story town houses with fee land ownership, opens today in Simi Valley.
The two- and three-bedroom units are offered in two floor plans, with 1,300 to 1,400 square feet of living area, and are priced from $108,950 to $122,950.
Features include 2 1/2 baths, master suites with vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces and greenhouse kitchen windows. Other features include Mediterranean exterior design, tile roofs and divided light windows.
Nine units were sold prior to today’s opening and immediate move-ins are available. The monthly homeowners association fee is $41.
Two models decorated by Interior Design Consultants Inc., Orange, are open every day except Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 5835 Cochran St., reached from the southbound Yosemite Avenue exit of the Simi Valley (118) Freeway.
