Police Killing of a Dog

As a devoted animal lover, I feel compelled to tell you that my heart was broken; the poor animal was never given a chance. Why was the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or other animal control groups not called? Surely, this could have been done. According to witnesses, the animal wasn’t even about to attack.
