Coast Savings & Loan Assn., Los Angeles, named William S. Bradway III and Whipple H. Manning executive vice presidents as part of an internal restructuring.
Bradway, who has been senior vice president-marketing and planning since 1983, will continue to be responsible for those areas but also will take over the S&L;’s legal division and the Coast Fed Services and CoastFed Business Credit Corp. subsidiaries.
Manning, who has had the title of senior vice president-major real estate loans since 1983, will oversee major real estate and commercial-industrial middle-market lending, the company said.
At the same time, Paul Hay was named senior vice president of the S&L;’s major loan division.
Also named senior vice presidents were Gerald Rich, previously controller, and Leon Scales, who was vice president of the S&L;’s money center.
