Auction Slated for 57 Villas at Lake Mirage

Fifty-seven newly completed villas will be offered for sale in an auction on April 13 at Lake Mirage in Rancho Mirage.

Dividend Development Corp. will offer the attached homes at 1 p.m. with no minimum bids. The two- to three-bedroom, 2- to 3 1/2-bath, homes currently range in price from $276,500 to $359,500. They are situated on a 25-acre manmade lake and are available in five floor plans.

Conducted by Melvin Giller of Nationwide Auction Co., the auction will be held under a tent at Lake Mirage, 72727 Country Club Drive, where all properties that will be auctioned, including five decorated models, will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
