WASHINGTON — Thousands of eager youngsters, unfazed by the absence of the first family, crowded onto the White House grounds today for the 108th annual Easter egg roll. With President Reagan and his wife Nancy vacationing at their California ranch, an estimated 30,000 youths came for a festive day of activities which included the egg roll and appearances by circus clowns.
