Tass Accuses U.S. of ‘State Terrorism’

LONDON — The official Soviet news agency Tass said the United States committed “state terrorism” with its air strikes against Libya but that it was too soon to speak of the consequences.
The news agency, monitored in London, said: “American imperialism has perpetrated a new bloody crime: From words--rude and inadmissible verbal attacks against Libya and its leadership--from military demonstrations and provocations against that sovereign and freedom-loving country, Washington has moved to naked aggression.”
