John R. Williamson has been promoted to chief administrator of Gibraltar Financial Corp., Beverly Hills, and its chief subsidiary, Gibraltar Savings. Additionally, Jerome Nussbaum was named chief financial officer of the holding company and executive vice president-finance of the S&L.; The two men were named executive vice presidents of Gibraltar Financial last year.
