A 30-year-old man has been arrested in the stabbing death Saturday of a woman in the parking lot at College Grove Shopping Center. Officials did not identify the woman.
The stabbing occurred at 1:35 p.m. Anthony Salas, who has a San Diego address, then stabbed himself in the chest and pierced his liver, police said. He was in intensive care Saturday night at Mercy Hospital, under police guard.
