Confirming its earlier projections, Associated Hosts reported a third-quarter loss of $4.1 million, including a $7.6-million extraordinary charge resulting from the planned disposal of 17 unprofitable company-operated restaurants. The Beverly Hills company noted that in spite of the losses during the period from those 17 units, it had income from operations of $167,000 in the third quarter. The company posted a $546,000 profit in the like 1985 quarter. For the three months ended June 26, revenue declined to $20.75 million from $22.77 million in the same period a year ago.
