The Price Co. Reports 28.1% Jump in Earnings

SAN DIEGO — Price Co., which operates wholesale warehouse stores throughout the nation, on Tuesday reported that net income rose 28.1% to $58.9 million and revenues rose 41.2% to $2.6 billion for the year ended Aug. 31.
Net income rose 23.7% to $15.9 million and revenues increased by 33.9% to $638.7 million for the 12-week fourth quarter ended Aug. 31.
