Santa Monica : Ombudsman Coordinator

Janice Hepner has been named by Westside Independent Services to the Elderly (WISE) as coordinator for the Los Angeles County Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program. Hepner will be responsible for coordination of the five ombudsman sites throughout Los Angeles County. WISE, located at 1320 Santa Monica Mall, has been named to administer the program, which is responsible for investigating and resolving complaints and problems of the elderly in long-term care facilities.
