Supervisor Kenneth Hahn, who suffered a stroke Jan. 11, is steadily improving in regaining control of his left arm and leg, his aide, Dan Wolf, reported. Hahn, 66, was taken to Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital in Inglewood when he became disoriented and dizzy while waiting to speak at a public function in El Segundo.
