A Glendale man who initially reported that his 25-year-old sister had been kidnaped by three Ninja-style warriors was charged with the woman’s death. Kevin Roby, 22, was arrested after police discovered the body of Velmamin Hill stuffed into a garbage can at her mother’s home in the 1100 block of West 37th Street, the district attorney’s office said. Homicide investigators had asked Roby to take them through the house after he reported that Hill had been kidnaped. Roby will be arraigned Friday.
