Gov. Edwards Will Seek Fourth Term in Louisiana

BATON ROUGE, La. — Gov. Edwin W. Edwards announced Friday that he will seek a fourth term despite his record low standings in opinion polls and the worst economic conditions Louisiana has suffered since the Great Depression.
