Mario Martinez knocked out Jimmy Jackson 58 seconds into the third round of their scheduled 10-round lightweight fight at the Sports Arena.
Martinez, 21, the World Boxing Council’s top-ranked super featherweight, floored Jackson in the final seconds of the first round with a left hook and in the closing seconds of the second round with a right hand.
