The City Council has approved an ordinance to start their bimonthly meetings an hour earlier at 7 p.m.
The new starting time will take effect at the council’s April 6 meeting, said City Clerk Linda Finckbone, who added that change was made so the meetings would end earlier as a public convenience.
The council meets the first and third Mondays of every month.
