Missing Man Found Safe: Louis Vassalotti, an 87-year-old Tustin man who was reported missing after he wandered away from his home Tuesday morning, was found safe 12 hours later in a Fullerton restaurant asking for directions to Philadelphia. Police said the elderly man, who has experienced memory lapses and who has wandered away from home in the past, had been walking all day before he was spotted at 10:36 p.m. in a restaurant on Yorba Linda Boulevard near the 57 Freeway. “We called his daughter, and she came to pick him up,” Fullerton Police Sgt. John Shaw said.
