Trustees of Kings Canyon School District have decided to give their superintendent another chance, even though he was cited for shoplifting a $3 cigarette lighter. The board said John Rogalsky’s salary will be cut from $61,000 to $58,000 and his contract will expire June 30, 1988, instead of in 1991 as previously scheduled.
