Coliseum Manager Named

Joel N. Ralph, for 15 years manager of Philadelphia’s Veterans and Kennedy stadiums, was appointed Wednesday by the Coliseum Commission as new general manager of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. No salary was disclosed.
The commission put off for another week any decision on what to do about reconfiguring the stadium seating and resuming construction of luxury boxes.
