Beverly Hills : Housing Applications Open

Applications are being accepted for residency in the Beverly Hills Senior Citizen Housing Project. Construction on the housing project, at 225 N. Crescent Drive, is scheduled to be completed in August. The project will have 150 rental units, including 40 singles and 110 one-bedroom apartments.
Applicants must at least 62 years of age or handicapped. Residents are required to pay about 30% of their income for rent. Income limits are $12,550 for one person and $14,350 for two people.
Applications will be distributed through March 13 at Roxbury Park, 471 S. Roxbury Drive. All applications must be mailed to Menorah Housing Foundation Management Co., P.O. Box 793, Beverly Hills, 90213-0793, by midnight March 15.
