Pico Rivera : 6 Seek School Board Seat

Six candidates have filed for one open seat on the board of the El Rancho Unified School District. The deadline for filing for the June 2 election was March 6.
The school board term, unfilled since the retirement of George D. Crook on Nov. 30, will expire on Nov. 24, 1989. The candidates are Cecilia M. Chavez, school aide; Albert L. Cortez, administrative assistant; June W. Fisher, retired school secretary; Lydia Juarez, homemaker; Lillian Silva, housewife and class aide, and Irene Sylvest, school librarian.
