Pierce Women Rout Santa Monica in Tennis

Norma Bardakjian, Christal Polee, Petra Scharfe, Irene Lempaka, Jeanne Guss and Kathy Guigliana swept their singles matches in two sets each as Pierce College trounced Santa Monica, 10-1, in a Western State Conference women’s tennis contest Wednesday at Santa Monica.
Pierce also won all three doubles matches, dropping only 12 games in 6 sets.
