2 Ex-Congressmen Picked for Panama Canal Panel

WASHINGTON — President Reagan plans to name former Republican Reps. Joel Pritchard of Washington and W. Henson Moore of Louisiana to the consultative committee established by the Panama Canal Treaty of 1977, the White House announced Monday.
