Executions

I would like to propose the following legislation when we have executions again in California. A large, life-size picture of the victim must be placed in the gas chamber opposite the convicted murderer--so that the last thing he sees is the result of his crime. The murderer was the last thing the victim saw.
Furthermore, I would propose that executions be televised--especially to 12-year-old males, because this is when they are the most impressionable.
