Surgical Center Leases Space in Beverly Hills

The Wilshire Beverly Hills Medical Center has opened an outpatient surgical center in 9,000 square feet of space in a 42,830-square-foot, three-story building at Wilshire Boulevard and Almont Drive, Beverly Hills.
Realtech Leasing and Management Co. and M. Bletterman Realty are the leasing agents for the center, according to Dr. Walter E. Berman, a partner in the facility. It has four operating rooms and a 10-bed recovery section.
