Minor Earthquakes Felt in Section of New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS — Three minor earthquakes rattled cups and glasses on shelves in the Irish Bayou neighborhood, authorities said. No damage or injuries were reported Friday after the tremors, measured at 3.0 on the Richter scale.
