Worlds of Wonder is cutting its domestic work force by 15% to reduce expenses. The Fremont, Calif., toy company, which makes Teddy Ruxpin and Lazar Tag, lost $10 million in its second quarter and expects lower profit for the year. The company is renegotiating its bank credit lines.
