A 17-year-old girl found unconscious at the bottom of a swimming pool in Lynwood during a church outing apparently drowned, authorities said. The teen-ager, whose name was withheld until relatives could be notified, had been in a backyard pool in the 3300 block of Cedar Avenue with several other people from the Victory Outreach Church, authorities said.
