NEW YORK — A British Airways Concorde with 93 passengers on board blew five of its 10 tires on landing at Kennedy Airport today, but there were no injuries and there was no other damage to the aircraft, the company said.
“Because the plane stopped far down the runway, we used vans to bring the passengers to the terminal, but other than that they were able to get off the plane normally,” said Deborah Bernstein, British Airways spokeswoman. “There was no emergency evacuation,” she said.
