Donald D. Snyder was named president and CEO of First Interstate Bank of Nevada, a wholly owned subsidiary of First Interstate Bancorp of Los Angeles. Snyder previously was an executive vice president at First Interstate Bank of California and manager of its real estate division since June, 1986.
