A 3-month-old girl was kidnaped from her parent’s home, sexually molested and abandoned in a nearby field, Vacaville police said. A suspect, Thomas Clifton Turner, 23, was arrested on suspicion of kidnaping, burglary and child molestation, Sgt. Larry Walters said.
