Completion is scheduled for next June on the more than $50-million, 214-acre Rancho Santa Fe Farms Golf Club, part of the 616-acre Rancho Santa Fe Farms development in northern San Diego County.
The private, gate-guarded golf club consists of the 18-hole, 7,045-yard course--designed by Pete and Perry Dye of Dye Designs--a 36,000-square-foot clubhouse and 91 home sites up to one acre in size, according to a spokesman for Red Tail Golf Associates, the joint venture developers. Lot prices range from $290,000 to $450,000.
The clubhouse near Via de Pico Alta and Calle de Lagrima southeast of Fairbanks Ranch was designed by Robert Altevers & Associates, a Costa Mesa architectural firm specializing in such facilities.
