Alice Henderson, a CBS staffer for 19 years, will succeed George Schweitzer as the company’s chief spokesperson, CBS officials said. Schweitzer is leaving to become an executive at Young & Rubicam Inc., a communications company. Henderson has been a vice president of sales and marketing at CBS Broadcast International since 1986. Before that, she was vice president, program practices, at CBS-TV.
